In 2019 ICC the study "Feasibility Study of the Southern Angola HV Transmission System",
delivered in 2014 (see details below). During years 2017 and 2018 we update the software developed for several clients in Angola, Brazil, Latin America, Mozambique and Tanzania. The purpose of
adapting the software to run in 32 and 64 bits systems, and to extend language options to work in English, Portuguese and Spanish.
On January 31, 2016 ICC delivered the Final Report of the study "Legal and Institutional
Restructuring of the Water and Sanitation Sector of Tanzania". This 2-year work was developed for the Ministry of Water, as a part of the Water Sector Development Program funded by the World Bank.
ICC drafted the needed laws and operation rules, supplying the software for defining inter alia: (a) least-cost investment programs; (b) bulk and retail tariff calculation; (c) financial statements
for main scenarios; and (d) business plan of the companies.
By the end of year 2014 ICC delivered the final report of the "Feasibility Study of the
Southern Angola HV Transmission System", funded by USTDA. This 2-year work included the design of the 400 kV line connecting the HV systems of Angola and Namibia as a part of the development of the
bi-national 620 MW hydroelectric plant of Baynes.
During the 2009-2012 years ICC developed the study "Capacity Building for the Energy and Water
Utilities" for the Energy and Water Utilities Regulatory Authority of Tanzania (EWURA)". This work was funded by USTD, and the main deliveries were: (a) draft legislation for the wholesale and
retail markets of natural gas, petroleum and electricity; (b) software for expansion and operation planning, tariff setting, and financial analyses.
